The building that today houses L’Antica Conceria has a history dating back to the 1700s. First a tannery, then an olive oil mill, now a place of welcome: every era has left its mark, which we have chosen to preserve rather than erase. The barrel-vaulted tufa ceilings, the rooms carved from the rock, the restored antique furniture all tell this story to those who inhabit them, even for just one night.
